I'd be glad to share a little about myself. I currently just finished my studies at Westcol TVET College, where I majored in Human Resource Management. Before pursuing my career in HR I studied Office Administration, of which I was able to volunteer in a local Primary School.
Work Experience
*I don’t have much work experience but I have volunteered at a Primary School as an Admin Clerk, where I would basically enroll new learners at school I would take down meeting minutes, filing and also assist in client queries and it lasted for a couple of months and that’s when I got my HR Internship
Why Human resources management N6
I decided to study HR because I’m a people’s person, I like to focus on principles methods and technologies that are used to improve the productivity of an organisation. Studying Human Resources helps give me the ability to understand different details and aspects of an organisation. I chose to study HRM to make a positive impact on people’s lives. As an HR professional, I will have the opportunity to help people at all stages of their careers. From recruiting new employees to helping them develop and grow in their roles, I can make a real difference in people’s live.
