My name is Mbalenhle Modisenyane I am a 24 year old Human Resource Management Intern. I reside in Katlehong with my mother and brother. I matriculated in 2016 at Dawnview High School. I completed my N6 in Human Resource Management in 2021 at Ekurhuleni West Tvet College.
Work Experience
* Before getting my current internship I was part of the PYEI program and worked as an education assistant at one of my local secondary schools. It was really an amazing experience as it was my first form of employment and also because teaching has always been a career close to heart.
Why Marketing Management N6
In all honesty I did not choose HRM as my first or second option. I first did Electrical Engineering N3 at the same College but unfortunately I did pass some of my modules I then decided to opt for a different course and HRM happened to be the next available option so I decided to enroll for it, but within the first semester I had already fallen in love with the course, the modules and the whole concept of Human Resource Management and Labor Relations.
Internship
After many unsuccessful attempts of applying for internships, I was informed about GWconnect by a friend whom I had went to college with. I applied for the internship without hesitation and the whole process was quick and smooth an within a short period of time I received my first Internship interview and secured the job.
Company
The company I am working for is really amazing, the environment as well as my co-workers or colleagues are really friendly. I am receiving the relevant knowledge and skills to grow in my career
