My name is Palesa Mothibi. I am 26 years of age. Live in Vosloorus, .I have good interpersonal relation and I am a self-motivated hard worker. My aim is to obtain a challenging administrative position in the Human Resource Management filed as deemed suitable to my theoretical knowledge, experience and skills and to also help myself grow professionally.
Work Experience
*I started work as Meat Market Trainee at Shoprite Checkers which was a learner ship. Later after completion of the learner ship I realised I needed to study something in order to survive better in life. I enrolled with Boston Business College to study Computer. I graduated for a Computer Clerk and Office Assistant certificate in 2010. I got a better a job there after at Woolworths SA as Sales Assistant which I later felt that it wasn’t a career but more of just an occupation. I worked for few months and got a better offer which was a contract at Department of Sport, Arts and Culture in the North West where I was employed as an Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Management Directorate under Recruitment and Selection Sub-Directorate.

I realised I was passionate about Human Resource Management. Labour Relations Sub-directorate made me realise more that working with people was the joy in my heart.
Internship
A friend by the name of Dorcas Mbalate whom we graduated together and is a Human Resource Assistant at Outex, informed me to register my profile with Outex through GWConncet to secure an internship. I was happy about it because I had known that it’s something that I needed for my growth and success
Company
Through the journey and experience, I find myself very blessed, fortunate and happy to have been given an opportunity of being their intern and also being part of employees in the biggest Company, Murray and Robert Cementation. I wake up each day with a smile, stepping inside this huge beautiful building and knowing that I am growing professionally in the Human Resource Management field.
