My name is Philile Khoza, I am 26 Years old. I am from Magogeni Mpumalanga. I matriculated in 2015 at Soshangane High School. I took a gap year then on 2018 I relocated to Carletonville which is where I started with my tertiary Studies. I Studied Management Assistant and completed in 2019 at Westcol TVET College. I am a kind person who always like to meet new people and I am always eager to learn new things everyday so that I can improve my knowledge.

*I've worked at Star Hyper as a Till Packer for a month, as it was a temporary job for that particular month.
Why Management Assistant N6
I Chose to do Management Assistant because it has a lot of job opportunities so it's gonna be easy for me to get a job. I love working in an office and I like the fact that I find Administrative work easy.
Internship
I saw a post about GW-Connect on Facebook. I then took my chances as I was badly in need of finding an internship by that time. I then clicked on the link then I registered myself. After some few days I then got an email that I must complete my application. so I didn't hesitate I did as I was told, After few months I got a call from them asking me some few questions in fact they wanted to confirm my details. So by that time I started to have hope. Years go by without calls or anything from them but then I never gave up as I knew what I wanna achieve in life. Then in 2022 I got a call from Outex asking if I'm still available for an internship I said yes then they've arranged an interview for me at Meadow Feeds in Randfontein unfortunately I couldn't go because of Financial problems. I stressed but then because of the words ' When the time is right, I the lord will make it happen' I never gave up, I never loose hope. God made a plan, I was called again the following week telling me that they got a place for me in Carletonville Murray and Roberts can I be able to go so that they can arrange an interview for me then I say yes. And yes they did and three days after I went there and everything went well, I passed the interview.
Company
I am currently an intern at Murray an Roberts. This is a biggest company any person would wish to work for. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The company have many departments so as interns we move through the ranks of every department, So we learning new things and gaining more experience. I like the fact that everyone is willing to share information.
