I am Nonceba Nomathamsanqa Shelembe, I was born in 24 September 1999 on Friday 19:00 at Church of Scotland Hospital in Tugela ferry.I am a calm, polite and a welcoming person , I am also a religious person I believe in God. I grew up in Tugela ferry. I studied my primary grades at Overtuon Primary School and then studied my Secondary grades at Greytown Secondary School which is in Greytown. I matriculated in 2016 and in 2017 i went to Intuition College in Pietermaritzburg to upgrades my few subjects as I was not satisfied with the results. In 2018 I got a late reply from the university then I Decided to further my studies at Majuba TVET College where I acquired my N6 Management Assistant Certificate. I was then in need of an 18 months internship in oder for me to be able to get my diploma. In May 2022 I decided to study for Security officer and got my Certificate in August.
Work Experience
* In 2020 I have finished my N6 Management Assistant and needed a job ,I was hired by the College due to my high pass rate performance, I worked as a Marshall, I was responsible for handing out the students results and also capturing them.
* Also in 2020 after the registration of College I was hired as part of the Education Assistant at Overtoun Primary school, I was hired as an Administrator and also helped teach the students as there was a shortage of educators
* in 2021 I was hired at IEC as an Electoral Admin Officer, I was responsible for capturing all the data
2022 January I moved to Johannesburg and got myself a job at Metrosure Company where I worked as a Sales Lady, my duties were to receive stock, prepare the floor, do stock taking, Data capturing, and provide customer quality products and professional service and meets the targets. However I worked there for a month due to commission based salary.
* in 2022 February- May, I was hired by Stats SA as a Data capture, I was capturing all the data in to the system
*in August 2022 I worked as a Security guard in the Stadium events under the Company Bfree Security Services.
In 2022 October I was hired by the company called ROSS Security Security as a Security guard at Southdale Mall, at Mr Price.
Why Management Assistant N6
Being in Business is what I have always dreamed of, I grew up liking to be a Lawyer (LLB) I applied for it however the university replied to me very late I couldn't take a gap year and waste time so I decided to go to MAJUBA TVET COLLEGE and chose Management Assistant, a course that is required in every department and a course that I can actually upgrade with at the university and Do LLB(LAW).
Internship
The internship hunting had become my daily bread and I was in a nick of giving up however God's timing is the best , Through Facebook I saw a post, someone wrote about GWCONNECT, I didn't waste time and submitted my CV on their website and about a month I received a long awaited Call from Outex. The patience and communication I got from them is what I cannot get even from a family member hence I would be very much happy to recommend any Struggling graduate students out there.
Company
I am enjoying my current job, the environment and people are welcoming. As a young and a growing person I am learning a lot and Growing in business.
