I am Nolwethu Mxinwa aged 27yrs old and this is my journey to success story. I was born and raised in Kwa-Thema (Springs) by my mother Nokwanda Mxinwa, I matriculated in Tlakula High School in 2013. I then looked for odd jobs in 2014 since i did not have money to further my studies, with fail I decided to Go and do my Management Assistant in 2017 at Sedibeng College and graduated my N6 in 2018.
Work Experience
*In June 2019, I worked for Hollard assisting clients with insuring their Gadgets for a month then in July I got a job at Homemark where I was a demonstrator (Sales Assistant) and I worked for 1 year 8 months.
Why Management Assistant N6
I have always love computer and the comfort of the office. What i mostly enjoy is typing and administration work. What I also enjoy is being in the filled of business and also interacting with different people and also satisfying their needs.
Internship
After completing my N6 I struggled a bit with work/internship. as I was always looking for posts on the internet, as I was browsing, I came across My College and I applied.
Company
I am now working at CSG Security (Boksburg). Well i am working in the Provident Fund Projects. So basically, what we do is we trace the families of deceased Securities, and we help them with claiming the families. The job is very challenging and also very when dealing with other family members who recently lost their loved ones, but also it is very satisfying at the end seeing families getting what is due to them and seeing them happy.
