My name is Nomzamo Zembe, from Germiston South. I matriculated in 2012, at Strategic High school in Mthatha. There after I studied Financial management at Port Elizabeth College.
I am a young well determined, dedicated, creative and effortful person with a vision of success in everything I do. I am very great in dealing with people. I invest myself in carrying out my duties well and with success. My objective is to learn and gain experience through interaction with those experienced and well versed with the work environment. Based on my prior work experience at Zana-Manzi, I knew I wanted a major that could help me find a job that has a great deal of responsibility. Financial Managers have a great deal of financial responsibility. They are relied upon to record the sales, purchases, and other transactions accurately.
Internship
I tried to apply for an intership in many companies but unfortunately did not get it. I then was very fortunate when a friend told me about GWConnect. I did my research and immediately created a profile. Within 2 months I received a call from Dorcas Mbalate to go for an interview. I went for an interview without a doubt, within a period of seven days I got a call bearing good news I had landed the internship. I was so happy, GWConnect changed my life to the better. Company
I now work at Abacus insurance company which is one of the leading insurance companies in South Africa. The work environment is excellent, the business culture is superb. Everyone here is friendly and works with commitment. My mentor Siphamandla Mabaso is a friendly person and I’m learning a lot from him.
