My name is Thagashu Albert Mmuroa and I currently reside in Hammanskraal but I am originally from Limpopo, Lebowakgomo. I matriculated in 2012 at S J Van der Merwe T.H.S, I then went to further my studies at Tshwane North TVET College Temba campus where I completed my Financial Management N6.
Work Experience
*After Completing my N6 course in 2016 July, I managed to work at Department of Health under Finance section for six months, I then got an internship at Department of Public Works but things did not work out as planned so I was only there for few weeks.
Why Financial Management N6
Finance is a very broad industry and a very important skill to have in this modern day. I am a person who has a very good relationship with money so I wanted to do a course that I will get to work with money, either managing my own finances or other people’s finances. I also believe that I will add value to the country’s economy in terms of its finance.
Internship
After completing my N6 I was told about GW Connect so I registered my cv on their data base. I was always calling asking about any internships available, in June 2017 I fortunately I received a call from one of the Outex team members inviting me for an interview, I went there and passed the interview and now I’m one of the successful interns appointed by Outex. I would like to thank a lady by the name of Lydia one of the Outex HR team for the internship because she made it all possible.
Company
Ford Incubation Center it is where I am placed so it is a very interesting environment and it has very welcoming staff and also friendly, I can also say the staff is very helpful and I believe I will get to learn a lot from the company.
