If you are trying to Log in and you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
Step 2:
Enter your email address that you used to registered with us and click on the "Email Link" button.
Step 3:
You will then see a confirmation message as shown below. This means the request was successful and that you need to check your email for a confirmation message.
Step 4:
Click on the blue text within the email as shown below. Clicking the text will allow us to grant you the ability to reset your password.
Step 5:
Enter your email address and a new password then click on "Reset" at the bottom.
Step 6:
If you see this screen, it means that you have successfully reset your password. You should now be able to log in using your new password.
