Opportunity Details
<p>Ideal candidate should be confident , self-motivated, have experience with financial systems and should be comfortable in a client facing role.</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of accounting/business processes</li> <li>Deliver end-to-end BI Solutions to cutomers (from proposal to implementation)</li> <li>Manage team towards delivery and ensuring client satisfaction</li> <li>Analyse the client's databases to get a better understanding of the client's business using SQL queries</li> <li>withdra and normalize separate client databases, such as Pervasice SQL and Microsoft SQL, into a single consolidated SQL database with custom developed aggregators programmed in Visual Studio 2012</li> <li>Develop custom views, stored procedures and tables based on technical requirements of the client</li> <li>design custom reporting in SSRS and other platforms</li> </ul>
Opportunity Requirements
<ul> <li>Matric and relevant IT qualification</li> <li>SQL Server 2008/2012 experience</li> <li>SQL Server Reporting Services or similar experience</li> <li>SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS) Tabular experience</li> <li>Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) experience</li> <li>Strong MS Excel skills and especially experience with Power pivot</li> <li>A solid understandinf of how applications and underlying databases work/intergrate</li> <li>experience with Front-end work, Visualisation, Graphs and designing financial and operational dashboards</li> </ul>
