<p>Intelleto (Pty) Ltd is a team of highly skilled, innovative, experienced individuals, who, provide Recruitment and Human Resource Management services. We are looking to appoint a Human Resource Intern for a period of 18 months to assist and gain experience within the Corporate Environment. The position is based in Durban, Pinetown.</p> <p><u>Duties:</u></p> <ul> <li>Advertising of positions</li> <li>Response handling</li> <li>Conduct interviews and prepare interview guides.</li> <li>General administration (filling, data capturing, making photocopies, scanning and e-mail)</li> <li>Typing of offer and regret letters</li> <li>Liaise with recruitment and advertising agencies.</li> <li>Preparing memorandums</li> <li>Updating of personal files and compiles reports from databases</li> <li>To learn how to identify skills development needs and workplace Skills Plans to contribute positively towards enabling skilled and performing people</li> <li>Identifies training and development needs</li> <li>Create and build relationships that will increase the effectiveness of the skills development process.</li> <li>Skills Development Facilitator duties</li> <li>Assisting with training policies & procedures.</li> <li>To assist in coordinating pay slips for payroll. Administer leave, salary Administration</li> <li>Filling of all leave application forms and other documents relating to payroll</li> <li>Working knowledge of payroll system used by organisations</li> <li>Calculations for severance payment</li> <li>To perform all payroll related tasks</li> <li>Advise employees about HR and IR policies and procedures of the AIDC</li> <li>To provide the Interns with advice and information regarding the IR practices and procedures</li> <li>Learning of IR systems and procedures</li> <li>Assisting in ensuring compliance to HR and IR Policies</li> <li>Deployed to other departments for short periods.</li> <li>Understand the role and function of assigned department and how it interfaces with HR</li> <li>Assist with assigned tasks in department deployed</li> </ul>
