Finance Internship
Intelleto (Pty) Ltd is a team of highly skilled, innovative, experienced individuals, who, provide Recruitment and Human Resource Management services. We are looking to appoint a Finance Intern for a period of 18 months to assist and gain experience within the Corporate Environment.&nbsp; The position is based in Centurion.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Filling invoices</li>
<li>Sorting invoices</li>
<li>Sending and receiving email, making photocopies and scanning documents</li>
<li>Calling suppliers</li>
<li>Cashbook processing</li>
<li>Placing orders</li>
<li>Procurement Checklist</li>
<li>To assist in coordinating pay slips for payroll. Administer leave, salary Administration</li>
<li>Filling of all leave application forms and other documents relating to payroll</li>
<li>Working knowledge of payroll system used by experience provider</li>
<li>Calculations for severance payment</li>
<li>To perform all payroll related tasks</li>
<li>Capturing and posting of GRV invoices</li>
<li>Reconciling of Invoices</li>
<li>Record data on GRV book</li>
<li>Debtors payment</li>
<li>Balance GRV book</li>
<li>Capturing of invoices on Pastel and Sigma</li>
<li>Balancing Petty cash payments</li>
<li>Record and file petty cash receipts</li>
<li>Cash Payments</li>
<li>Daily cash up on easy account</li>
<li>Management of petty cash</li>
<li>Handling of drop shipment claims</li>
<li>Capture drop shipment schedules and invoices</li>
<li>Verify foreign and local invoices</li>
<li>Credit notes</li>
<li>Deployed to other departments for short periods.</li>
<li>Understand the role and function of assigned department and how it interfaces with Finance</li>
<li>Assist with assigned tasks in department deployed</li>
</ul>
