Management Assistant Intern
Outex (Pty) Ltd is a team of highly skilled, innovative, experienced individuals, who, provide Recruitment and Human Resource Management services. We are looking to appoint a Management Assistant Intern for a period of 18 months to assist and gain experience within the Corporate Environment.&nbsp; The position is based in Edenvale.
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Operating the switchboard</li>
<li>Handling of Mail</li>
<li>Typing of correspondence</li>
<li>Data Capturing and other office Automation</li>
<li>Filing, making photocopies, scanning documents, faxing documents</li>
<li>Preparation of Notices and Agenda for meetings</li>
<li>Preparation of Notices and Agenda for meetings</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments</li>
<li>Organizing venues for meetings</li>
<li>Arrange and coordinate meetings</li>
<li>Prepare a number of documents such as invoices, purchase orders, memorandums, and reports.</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries by customers</li>
<li>Keeping a diary</li>
<li>Compile reports and figures and generate reports for use by Head of Departments.</li>
<li>Provide quality professional assistance to Department Heads or supervisors and provide reports for them</li>
<li>Efficiently files and keeps all the relevant documents safe and retrieves them and when needed.</li>
<li>Provide Administrative support to Department Heads as and when</li>
<li>Facilitate clear communication between staff and management</li>
<li>Deployed to other departments for short periods.</li>
<li>Understand the role and function of assigned department, how it interfaces with Administration</li>
<li>Assist with assigned tasks in department deployed</li>
</ul>
